Bexley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Bexley rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $278,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Bexley in the first quarter of 2016.
