Whitehall home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Whitehall rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Whitehall in the first quarter of 2016.
