Upper Arlington home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 28.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the second quarter of 2016.
