Riverlea home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Riverlea rose by $43,550 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $306,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Riverlea in the second quarter of 2016.
