Bexley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Bexley rose by $69,500 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Bexley in the third quarter of 2016.
