Columbus home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Columbus rose by $23,850 while total sales increased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 2,451 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $123,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,658 homes sold in Columbus in the third quarter of 2016.
