Westerville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Westerville rose by $38,950 while total sales increased by 116.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $196,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Westerville in the third quarter of 2016.
