Whitehall home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Whitehall rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Whitehall in the third quarter of 2016.
