Minerva Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Minerva Park fell by $31,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 14.5% decrease over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Minerva Park in the third quarter of 2016.
