Minerva Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Minerva Park rose by $53,192 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,250 - a 42.2% increase over the $126,058 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Minerva Park in the fourth quarter of 2016.
