Westerville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Westerville rose by $5,400 while total sales increased by 48.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,400 - a 2.5% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Westerville in the fourth quarter of 2016.
