Columbus home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Columbus rose by $21,238 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 2,285 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,400 - a 18.4% increase over the $115,163 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,418 homes sold in Columbus in the fourth quarter of 2016.
