Whitehall home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Whitehall fell by $6,631 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 7.9% decrease over the $84,131 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Whitehall in the fourth quarter of 2016.
