Upper Arlington home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $74,500 while total sales increased by 51.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 23.6% increase over the $315,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the first quarter of 2017.
