Upper Arlington home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $59,917 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 16% increase over the $375,083 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the third quarter of 2017.
