Grandview Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Grandview Heights fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $404,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the third quarter of 2017.
