Columbus home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Columbus rose by $8,600 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 2,129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $136,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,285 homes sold in Columbus in the fourth quarter of 2017.
