Minerva Park home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Minerva Park rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $179,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Minerva Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
