Bexley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Bexley rose by $86,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Bexley in the first quarter of 2018.
