Upper Arlington home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $28,250 while total sales increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $464,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $435,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the second quarter of 2018.
