Columbus home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Columbus rose by $2,750 while total sales increased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 2,416 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,750 - a 1.8% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,401 homes sold in Columbus in the second quarter of 2018.
