Columbus home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Columbus rose by $5,223 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 2,466 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $159,777 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,353 homes sold in Columbus in the third quarter of 2018.
