Worthington home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Worthington fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Worthington in the third quarter of 2018.
