Upper Arlington home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 1% increase over the $381,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the fourth quarter of 2018.
