Columbus home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Columbus rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 1,569 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,917 homes sold in Columbus in the first quarter of 2019.
