Bexley home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Bexley fell by $100,500 while total sales increased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 24.1% decrease over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Bexley in the first quarter of 2019.
