Grandview Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Grandview Heights fell by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 17.3% decrease over the $417,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the fourth quarter of 2018.
