Grandview Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Grandview Heights fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,750 - a 0.3% decrease over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the first quarter of 2019.
