Upper Arlington home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $328,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Upper Arlington in February 2016.
