Columbus home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Columbus fell by $30,226 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 483 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,474 - a 27.6% decrease over the $109,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 448 homes sold in Columbus in February 2016.
