Upper Arlington home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Upper Arlington fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Upper Arlington in March 2016.
