Whitehall home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Whitehall rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $48,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Whitehall in March 2016.
