Columbus home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Columbus fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 598 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 610 homes sold in Columbus in March 2016.
