Upper Arlington home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $41,900 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,900 - a 12% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Upper Arlington in April 2016.
