Worthington home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Worthington fell by $66,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,750 - a 22.2% decrease over the $296,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Worthington in April 2016.
