Columbus home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Columbus fell by $2,700 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 614 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $128,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 598 homes sold in Columbus in April 2016.
