Worthington home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Worthington rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 21.5% increase over the $288,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Worthington in May 2016.
