Upper Arlington home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $67,950 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $423,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $355,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Upper Arlington in May 2016.
