Bexley home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Bexley fell by $46,500 while total sales decreased by 51.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 12.1% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Bexley in June 2016.
