Grandview Heights home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Grandview Heights fell by $57,600 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 15.8% decrease over the $365,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grandview Heights in June 2016.
