Columbus home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Columbus rose by $29,900 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 813 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 23% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 618 homes sold in Columbus in June 2016.
