Grandview Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Grandview Heights rose by $116,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,000 - a 32.5% increase over the $357,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Grandview Heights in July 2016, as well.
