Worthington home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Worthington rose by $43,442 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $275,559 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Worthington in July 2016.
