Bexley home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Bexley rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,500 - a 11.9% increase over the $379,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Bexley in September 2016.
