Grandview Heights home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Grandview Heights fell by $115,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,500 - a 23.8% decrease over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Grandview Heights in September 2016.
