Upper Arlington home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $37,850 while total sales increased by 111.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,750 - a 11% increase over the $342,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Upper Arlington in October 2016.
