Worthington home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Worthington rose by $83,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,500 - a 36.3% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Worthington in November 2016, as well.
