Columbus home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Columbus rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 43.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 737 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $124,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 514 homes sold in Columbus in November 2016.
