Upper Arlington home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 212.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,750 - a 8.7% increase over the $349,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Upper Arlington in December 2016.
