Columbus home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Columbus rose by $28,800 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 717 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 25.4% increase over the $113,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 453 homes sold in Columbus in December 2016.
